Jacqui has worked as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager for the past nine years and has managed portfolios ranging in size from four to four hundred and twenty residential, commercial and retail lots. She has over 17 years experience within the Property and Construction Industry having worked with developers, project managers and real estate agents. Jacqui has successfully completed a Bachelor of Business with majors in Marketing and Human Resources. She has successfully completed the REIV course in Body Corporate Management and Real Estate Agent Representative. Jacqui has been a member of Strata Community Australia (formerly Owners Corporation Victoria) since 2005 and has received the title of Accredited Practicing Strata Manager (APSM). NICOLE TERRETT | ICAA ACCOUNTANT Nicole has worked for over fifteen years as a taxation specialist and business advisor. Nicole specializes in the preparation and lodgement of income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns, financial statements, superannuation fund audits, business consulting and written tax advice. Nicole is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, is a Registered Tax Agent and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting. PEGGY HARKER ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Peggy has extensive experience in Administration support roles having worked both in Hong Kong and Australia. She has recently completed a Certificate IV in Business and Administration and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Accounting.
